I just had a meeting where I'm suppose to ask questions to gather my colleagues input on possible action items. It was like pulling teeth. They all starred at me like I had 3 heads. Its not hard people! What have you been doing for the last month? Tell me and I'll move it forward. No, they just sat there and said "I dunno."
