Let it be known! The best thing about the Thanksgiving Holiday is NOT the turkey or hanging out with ones parental units or parental units-to-be BUT instead the glorious after-thanksgiving shopping. The crazy excuse to get up at 4 am and stand outside in the dark and cold waiting for the store to open at 5am! Its insane and oh so much fun.
Jack and I got a ton of xmas shopping done today. We got gifts for all sorts of folks but the downside of all this joy is that Jack and I always end up buying things for ourselves too. Even though we know we shouldn't we always do.
At least we are doing our part in trying to keep the economy running smoothly even if Bush won't.
