Doesn't this girl with John Mayer sort of look like Ashlee Simpson with black wavy hair?

Speaking of Ashlee - US Weekly is reporting that she will play Roxie Hart in Chicago this fall. Simpson has been offered the role and will join the cast of the show in either London or on the Broadway stage in New York City.

So you're probably thinking to yourself, how hard up are the producers of the show that they would pick someone with little to no experience to play this part? Desperate obviously because her biggest role was in the sitcom 7th Heaven.

If she chooses New York, you know I'm going to go see it for the shear train-wreak-ness of it all.
