Did anyone else see this? A cell phone FOR YOUR DOG is being developed. The phone in the shape of a bone hangs from your dog's collar and automatically answers when the owner calls it. At which point you can "talk" to your dog.

Okay, how many dogs are going to totally freak out when they hear their owners voice but can't see you? Talk about freaking your dog out!
