Work Issues

Okay so my "job" requires me to be creative and inspiring and basically trick people into giving me money (and lots of it for that matter) so that they can join the club. Here's the thing... The club doesn't want new members and are the most weird people I've ever met. So basically I have to find other weird people that don't care to join OR I have to convince normal people to join this freak show. How the heck do they expect me to do this?
